Bloody Cuts
A disabled person has been cut into lots of pieces and is laying in a big pool of blood. Each of the body parts has the initials or name of one of the services that’s been cut. Leaning against the wall along is a large blood stained axe with ‘cuts’ printed on the bloody blade. On the wall behind is a large sign that says: Disabled people are facing the highest number of cuts in the proposed ConDem’s slash and burn rampage.
