Crippen’s cartoon about the Tory spin on benefit deaths
David Cameron is clutching a note that reads ‘DWP Benefit Deaths’. He is looking across at two Tory spin doctors who are pointing to a large sign that they have created. The sign reads ‘A total of 10,600 disabled people who have died whilst being subject to the ATOS assessment process are now no longer in pain or suffering’. One of them is saying to Cameron: “Notice the spin we’ve put on this Prime Minister?”
